Born in 1981, Ken Decker has immersed himself in the HVAC industry since the age of 16. His father, established his Heating & Cooling company in 1983 after accumulating years of experience in the field, and he continues to thrive in his business today. The father and son worked together for many years, evolving into partners over time. In 2013, Ken Decker decided to broaden his industry knowledge by transitioning to the distribution side, where he discovered his true passion for business.
